How to find plugins for anime edits

I recently started making anime edits and downloaded almost all the plugins that are necessary, but there was a problem when I was throwing it to my falsh, and the plugins were deleted from both my computer and my flash, so I looked here to see if there was a title where I could download them all in bulk.

How do you stay inspired as a graphic designer? Any tips for overcoming creative blocks?
