if you click debug then it is in the debug folder
if you click build solution it should be in release

your project name won't be named Sosunser! it should be as what you saved it as

EDIT1
the file name should be as PROJECTNAME.EXE so for example i named my one as Sosunser! so Sosunser!.exe

EDIT2
depending in what environment you did it in the folder should be different for example i did my one in visual studio 2013 so it is in Visual Studio 2013 folder
if you used visual basic 2010 then the folder is Visual Studio 2010

Go into your windows explorer & press view & then locate "file name extension" & then you press that box & then you go to the file & rename .txt to .exe & a window will pop up asking if you really want to change the file type, or you can save file as .exe by pressing "save as" and then you choose "all file types"

*EDIT* NVM i was wrong, i thought i knew, ignore my answer. im retarded.
