How to monetize a focus group directory website?

Hey, please excuse my newness but I just had the owner of an authority focus group directory respond to a cold email I sent him about how I owned his IG and Twitter handles and could help improve his web presence.


Apparently his business partner bailed on him and he knows next to nothing about web development or marketing. His site has a decent amount of traffic just from the fact that hes devoted he hasnt missed an update in two years of posting. He literally updates the associated forums with new focus group opps everyday.

So guys...how would you best monetize this? Shouldnt these focus group companies (esp the online ones like respondent) be paying him for referrals at the very least? I was dumbfounded when he told me hes only making 30 cents a day off of all his efforts if even that given his amount of traffic.

I should also note that he has an active FB page as well as a private group with some very dedicated members.
