How to overcome laziness?

When you have to do soemthing you dont want to do think ab what good will come out of it and youll have the drive to do it

Sadly, I will be lazy sometimes. And I always have no way about this.
But in my opinion, a good way to deal with this problem is to stop it happening!
So I'm always enthusiastic, even if I pretend to be.
In fact, it works! So I recommend it to you~

motion creates emotion. you can't change mindset without taking action even if its something small

Just DO IT & stop overthink every action you take :-)
