Watch YouTube videos and there are websites that will teach you what you need to know about coding, I'd recommend starting with something a bit easy to learn. For example start with Python , it is much more easier than stuff like Java or C++.

Start with some online tutorials and choose a topic to work on. Then as you tackle the obstacles you face in the process, you will improve.

IF you enjoy coding, learn it, if you wanna do it as a job, learn it, i suggest starting with c# or java and learn from YouTube vids then progress to paid services such as Pluresight or udemy.

If you want to code to get a job, stop right there. Freelancers make piss-poor money since indian code-monkeys are saturating the market. You need a computer science or software engineering degree to get any kind of salary job now.

Get accepted to a university for one of those programs, get your bachelors. Minor in math. Now you're set for getting your programming jobs.
