You need to rewatch your games, and see where you can imrpove in what situatio, check your junglers movements vs yours, how you can affect the map and look for oppertunities,

hmm try not to blame your team as you get more and more tilted and you wont focus on your enemy, try to signal when your enemy is not on lane, roam lanes, dont blame jungler for your mistakes, dont play aggressive if ur champs early is bad, if u are support dont go yolo and expect your adc to help you and if u die flame the fk outta him, as jungler idk gank your teammates when they need help, when they are pushed into the turret, oh and dont forget to buy control wards. Try to play Vietnam server, sometimes your skills are not important but your teammates will be more important!

if u r stuck somewhere, it means u belong there. if u want to get out of a elo, there are plenty of vids on youtube to help u do just that. dont get angry, be patient and humble, and learn, and improve.

Take time in the practice tool / custom games and practice farming

learning to cs well can get you big gold leads without even getting kills

Master one champion and you will master them all its how it works you need to learn game mechanics and have great map awareness learn how to rotate and work around you team and dont focus so much on rank you might be a hard stuck silver at it will take time to climb as these things don't happen overnight. It took me a year to get out of silver in Season 5 after that I went from gold to diamond in 3 months and have been diamond since.
