I have a question

I'm not sure if this is the right area or not because i see a lot of leaks in the section but it's not the leak section. I'm hosting a gmod server and my question is that I was wondering if there is any way to make it so that only my servers content mounts to their game when on my server because there seems to be a lot of vehicle skins that are overwriting the vehicle skins i have on my server. I basically only play on one server and my server and even for me some of the skins from the other server i play are overwriting my server and then it makes it so that the skins i see and the skins someone else sees dont match up and are 2 completely different skins is there a way i can fix this please someone let me know.

If you don't workshop dl/fast dl the content it'll only download essential stuff like map stuff, so it should be fine if you don't include it.
