I lost my credits :(

I saw a very good looking theme for Xenforo, and it wasn't reported to be not working, I unlocked it and saw that it isn't working used my credits into 9-10 themes but most of them were not working I reported, but didn't got a reply yet.

For what are crecits? Can I buy anything from that? :D
