I switch back to iPhone becuase it was cooler but now everyone is says iPhones suck

As a former android user I enjoyed easier Sideloading, Rooting etc, but it always felt clunky. iPhone however is such a walled garden, even though they get cooler apps sooner (which is why I switched). As a PC user, I really wish iPhone has messenger on desktop like Macs do. But now Im thinking about switching back to Android again! It seems Android has caught up with features finally. Should I do it? Which phone is the new "flagship" equivalent to an iPhone 11?

Don't switch depending on what people think, just find a phone that suits you. But the equivalent to the iPhone 11 would be whatever Nexus phone comes out next.

I used iPhone before and now I changed to Android
