I agree with Celty... good shoes do wonders. But really, put yourself on a timer when sitting at your computer or when spending a lot of time sitting in general. It goes a long way for your habits.

Eat more vegetables, they're full of fibers which makes your stomach full longer

Cut white carbs (sugar) and replace with beige carbs (bread) or protein! Does miracles to your weight!

Yeah i know that feeling about eating too much, but i try to exercise everyday.

There is a lot of diet plan for weight loss on the internet. Pick one that is interesting to you and follow it strictly and see how you like it.
Change the diet plan once in a while.
Start exercising.

It all depends on what you like eating, and how much "as much as you want" is.

Working out has very little to do with weight loss. An entire marathon only burns 2600 calories.

You may want to look into the various low carb / slow carb ways of eating; they allow you to eat more calories and still support weight loss than the higher-carb plans. YMMV.

It all depends on what you really like eating.
