You have to start from the bottom. Sign up for your local gym and start grinding. Make a comeback and make sure you don't get into the same situation any time soon.

Try out some Calisthenics it will help you losing fat, you will get shredded as fvck and you will achieve body goals you will never had dream about before, like a handstand pushup or a muscle up. And the best part you cant have excuses like nah i cant go to the gym today you can do calisthenics everywhere and at all time and you dont need expensive equipment you need only your body.

oh gawd zumba hmm i think more of it as a thing only for women. i mean i used to do zumba but only the last part of it which was only normal abs/handles workout.

trust me, losing weight is easy as putting it on. if you are fat and need to lose weight just control your amount of food intake. always remember theres only one thing that matters, calorie in vs calorie out!

Cardio and balanced diet will be your option. Curb your appettite with fiber and eat little exercise.

If you live on a pretty high apartment you can try running up the stairs 2 or 3 times. Personally, I live on the 15th floor and so I run up the stairs, take the lift down and repeat 3 times. It burns fat quick and is tiring af.

You dont even need to exercise to lose weight. Just count ur calories

Truth. Just gotta consume less calories. I only eat about 1-2x a day currently
