Define coding, you gave names that aren't necessarily coding.

HTML is markup, and SQL is a query language. The only `coding` between the four languages in question is CSS and PHP (I suppose you could consider SQL a query language, since you typically use it within your applications and not stand alone).

To be honest with you, it doesn't sound like you a specific goal, rather you just want to make a web application as a whole. Best approach is to work one at a time, not have all in mind at once.

Which one should you learn first? HTML & CSS, for web design. PHP and SQL will be used for the actual development and backend of your projects.

If you pick to learn HTML first, CSS should follow it, then PHP and SQL.
If you pick to learn PHP first, follow up with SQL, then HTML and CSS.

That should be a sufficient order, but I'll leave it up to you to pick which set you want to learn first.
Bye.

W3school should NEVER be a knowledge base, rather just a reference for small things that you forget. And most YouTube videos don't explain anything useful, and that dreadful yellow ring, my god. The Php documentation is god tier, MySQL documentation is as well.

Official documentation is the best knowledge base you can find.

EBooks are best if anybody want to learn or hard-copies are even better.
