Is it easy to setup IP.Board? I never used it before, I used MyBB and Xenforo before.

Upload the suite (ip.board script/files) to your server, go to the ip/domain of your site and skip to the page where you connect your database. Once you've connected your database you have to create a super administrator account. Once you've done that, the script should start to install and boom. You're done.

Just upload the files to your server, follow the steps and be sure to have your database information handy. You have to install the software in order to use it. It needs to be able to write into a MySQL database and the user for the database needs to have all permissions in order for the database to be written to.
