IPB Error 500

Hello, a lot of the time when installing stuff I get this error, any help?

Error 500 doesn't indicate that your problem is with IPB, it has to do with the actual server/hosting environment. I recommend you just contact your host because they will most likely be able to fix the problem. If that doesn't work send me a message and I can help you out further.
