So when I was staff on ForumCamp there was a very good system in place to stop leachers, and that was that admins and staff would have to moderate their threads before they could see the leaks. This stopped leaching and after 25 posts they could post with no moderation, this means more work for the moderators (not really tho, takes around 3 seconds) and ensures there is no spam on the forum.

Wait, so new users will have to have their posts moderated up to 25 posts. I like that idea. It'll probably work.

It could be a good idea, but what's to stop them spamming after 25 posts?

Then I guess they'll get a ban.

Honestly no.

I think we should just make another rule.

25 posts and more is on the list
5hours online time is on the list

but resources contributed like 5 or whatever is NOT on the list. I'd recommend we make this a requirement for them to be able to unlock things. Not your idea, idk it just doesn't sound that good.

Surely then they will just spam more and whatnot, also if they had to contribute that's easy to just post on leak and paste it here.

A ban, and if they post 25 HQ threads/posts I'm guessing they won't spam.
