If you could have any animal as a pet, what animal would you choose?

crab, obviously as long as it doesnt pinch my finger off

Either a dog or some reptile, preferably a bearded dragon.

The usual Cats/Dogs work just fine, maybe an evolution of them like a Tiger or Wolf would be cool providing they don't attack/kill me. Other cool animals include: Snakes, Bats, Sharks.

I would love to have a parakeet or maybe a macaw of some sort blue and gold like pewdiepies

they're really hard to take care of but i think they're so cool.
my uncle had one, funny story:

he had it in a tank with other fish, but it kept eating the fish so the dummy figured out he needed to separate them into two different tanks. the next morning he went into the room and all the fish were gone out of the other tank.
he bought more fish. the next day he woke up again and all the fish were missing again, and he noticed there was slime on the floor.
his octopus was literally lifting up the top of his tank, crawling out, getting into the other tank, eating the fish and then going back into his own tank LOL.
they are so smart. honestly they probably shouldn't be pets at all ever, but they are just so cool.

if i was to have a pet it would dun be acat... shout out bboy emty.

dogs. i want them to love me. hope i can get them.
