If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be?

I'd love to have a grizzly bear as a pet, so I could give it a huge bear hug. And it could tear my head off and end my misery when the time is right.
But no for real I love bears they're pretty intelligent animals and I've seen a couple videos on youtube of someone having a polar bear as a pet and its the most heartwarming thing I've ever seen. Which animal would you like to have as a pet? Nothing basic or boring, have it be something interesting!

I would probably bring back a dinosaur, like a t-rex. Depending on my mood, I might humiliate its tiny arms.

Button Quails. Just gimme all of them tiny flightless birbs tbh

Probably a german shepherd or a springer spaniel, they are loyal dogs and good pets. Possibly a labrador as well.

I would choose a hawk and a bear so that I could ride a bear with a hawk in my hand :D

I'd have a penguin as a pet because noot noot amiright? :D

I'd love to have an eagle as a pet. It's possible, but I don't really know if I should trust them. >_>

Many Emirati people have pet eagles I think. Or maybe they just use them for hunting, I am not really sure.
OT: a pet owl would be what I go for.
