Implemented Accounts should be counted as resources

I am not really sure why they are not counted as them yet. Would love this little change

I'm in for this change. It's actually a resource you're submitting, it just doesn't count as a 'resource.'

Bumping this, i would love staff to see this suggestion as it would be a useful add.
