What URL format do i use to get the install screen.Cant seem to get anything to work.Im trying to install ips_4.1.19.1_nulled.
Ive created my database also

you need to go to http://yourdomain.com/ if you installing for the first time and in root directory, if you upgrading you need to go to http://yourdomain.com/admin/upgrade
