Is Anyone Else's Textures very shiny?

I'm wondering if i'm the only person encountering this, whether it is my video settings, my computer, or if it is a new update to Gmod, however I am noticing the reflections are a bit over the top, and textures in any of worlds appear like they do in hammer.
