Its not safe because many a times, the author of the theme releases an upgrade which forces a lot of errors on the site eventually.
Faced this many times.

There are plenty of Free Ecommerce options available like Prestashop, Opencart, Oscommerce to name but a few, why down to the Nulled version.

Hell no. Even if it was, why would you shortcut something as important as your shopping script? You want to make your visiting shoppers feel safe and how can they if they find out you can't invest in a proper, safe script?

If no one trusts nulled scripts,..... then what are you doing here? XD I'd say exactly like soneone mentioned here before, if you can trust the author, or you can check the code yourself, there shouldn't be a problem

Would you use a Phishing site? If so, then go right ahead!

I don't see why another negative life lesson to add to your no-doubt accumulating list won't perhaps help you in logical decision making next time.

(Don't mean to be harsh -- But if you need to ask if handling and processing extremely sensitive customer data and payments are safe through nulled and swiss-cheesed scripts/software is a good idea... I hope your next idea is an idea about getting a good idea. That way, you know what they look like).

Edit:

Using any swiss-cheesed system is bad practice for production in general. WP in particular tbf; as that's a haven for automatic bots probing your security just because of your headers.

Let alone the repercussions when it comes to PHP and outdated code. I sure hope your database admin isn't called admin.
