Listening to someone on the Internet saying that even if a VPN is installed, it is still not safe

No, VPN doesnt protect your real IP but I think he help you a lot

Yes it would help alot I suggest you get NordVPN they are based in a country where they can't get a warrant to release your information

It depend on a lot of factors like what VPN you are using , what country you reside etc.
So yes and no.

It also depends on what you're trying to protect from. It's not truly anonymous like TOR (which still can be traced SOMETIMES), but it'll mask your IP. Authorities can know you're using a VPN, but if it's a good VPN that doesn't log then it'll be hard for them to get your IP

Its almost impossible to be anonymous these days but VPN will definitely make you identify safe from many people. I personally recommend using vpn whenever you can.

It's very useful, but it always depends on what you need, if you have to do, for illegal things I recommend you get a subscription and pay it in crypto.
The VPN that allows it are Nordvpn, Hidemyip and so on.
I always console you to pay in crypto so if you have legal problems they can't provide your billing data ( cos obv don't exist)

Taser is actually not a word, but an acronym for a fictional weapon: Thomas A. Swift's Electric Rifle. Cover added the ?A to Tom Swift's name. The original character did not have a middle name. Victor Appleton is the author of the Tom Swift books.

Not necessarily. A VPN is essentially a proxy, you're really just routing your connection through another layer so it depends entirely on your provider. Your VPN proivder could still keep a log of all the sites you are visiting so, if you trust your provider, then I guess it's safer. Make sure your VPN provider has been externally audited.
