Is aatrox over rated?

Aatrox keeps getting fucking nerfed lmao. Every nerf he just does more and more damage. This champ and go from almost dying with 10hp to having half of his hp back just from his passive auto-attack.

he is really strong with the conqueror meta as a strong bruiser with alot of damage and yet he can tank cos of his healing

propably yes after that ammount of nerfs- i think victorius skin for him wasnt good idea
