Is fivem-mods.net reliable store for your server project?

Greetings to all enthusiats, i will just try to keep it short is there any other reliable stores that are selling fivem resources, template servers etc except the tebex? i had very nasty experience with tebex so im just wondering if any alternatives are being out there?
i have found out for fivem-mods.net and curious if its actually legitimate as it says on website?
Apparently theres really variety of scripts and resources you can choose, even the official nopixel scripts are being listed for sale… devs support is actual priority of course…
