Is it against the law to have nudes cause one of my friends almost got arrested for having them on his phone

Yeah I got in trouble with that stuff but nothing too serious and my buddy got a misdemeanor and were both under 18. So no matter what if someone is under 18 in the picture you can get in trouble legally.

if you are under 18 then it can be troublesome. Well... only if you get caught that is.

I think it depends on age and who it is nude on the picture

totally depends on the age and if they have been send to you by the depicted person voluntarily you sicko

It should depend what type of nudes they are. If any below 18 then you're definitely gonna get in trouble. Otherwise you could have up to 1000 GBs of porn with no probs.

Only if the person who's nudes u have reports you and if underaged. Would not suggest you to get jailed for that!

depends how you obtain them and how old the person in the pictures are, if either or are bad then yeah na its bad

If they over 18 and volentarily sent u them then u wont get in trouble/shouldnt
