Is it legal to break a fence?

Me and my friends by-passed a fenced facility yesterday and one of my friends accidently broke the fence.
Does this mean anything? Is it a illegal thing to do?

If they dont catch you everything is legal. I do refunds all the time

Technically yes, if whatever you were on was not your property it can be seen as vandalism in some cases, especially if it was private property the you can get in trouble for even going in there

It falls under destruction of private property. As the fence was not yours to break.

Could be counted as Vandalism unless it was an accident
