It depends on what you mean by hackable, which im sure at the end of the day no matter what anything is possible. If you mean like getting access to someone's account, then it would be possible to do some social engineering to get someones password. If you mean like change the app to lets say post fake videos on your story, then yeah that is probably possible to if people knew how to reverse engineer it.

Let's be clear here, on the internet anything is hackable, maybe not right now but it is only a matter of time.

Usually hacks towards services like this are just based on social engineering and people being bad with passwords. not really hacking in any sense.
