I'd stay away from any pre-built PCs, there is a reason why it doesn't list many of the components like motherboard, psu. It's because they're usually cheapest crap you can find in the market. I mean the cpu is pretty bad too, might even bottleneck your graphics card.
TLDR: Build your own pc.

No, it really sucks actually. Dont buy it, you can get a better pc if you're building one yourself. (Look at youtube if you don't know how to build one)

It's not terrible but you could probably get a better performing PC if you purchased the parts separately and built it yourself.

RX 580

I guess most of the money was put into the rgb and not into the actual pc

Just build yourself your own pc. Then you can decide what you want to have and hat you don't need. Also nowadays you can find cheap second hand grafic cards. The only question is if you are wanting to have a mining graphic card^^

Even if you do get a prebuilt, don't buy anything from cyberpower, their computers aren't worth the money and I've personally had so many problems with them.
