lets just say it like this :

it's not illegal per se, however if you choose to click on links that lead to certain stuff published here, files hosted on that links are considered to be illegal, because they break rule of not sharing with others - rule which we are strongly opposed to.

It’s not illegal but as parsifal said, certain links might be considered ”not allowed” because of breaking the ”don’t share” principle.
