Is water actually wet?

Water isnt wet as your can wet water. Duh facts and logic

Wet is a state of something/someone touched with water, so you can say that water is wet

Water isnt wet because to be wet it would have to be submerged in a liquid and water isnt covered in itself

It's actually relative. To humans it is, to fish it isn't. Bippity bop thats the tea.
