[LEAK] Firearms License System

[font="Hind Vadodara", sans-serif]This addon adds a player-driven firearms license system. Players can be made instructors by admins through the admin management. The instructors can provide roleplayed practical tests or the automatic test can be setup for admins and used. There are two type of licenses, Carry and Sell licenses. These can be obtained from instructors or permitted by jobs set in the config through a firearms license application.[/font]
