Weapon Switching Delay

This will add a delay to switching weapons. Weapons on the whitelist will be switched without a delay.
When a player is switching weapons, dual elites will rotate above the head. (Can be turned off in the settings)

Installation
- Download the script.
- Place the folder inside the zip in your addons folder.
- Restart your server.
- If you want to change any of the settings or add/remove weapons from the whitelist. Settings can be found in: 'weapon_switching_delay/lua/wsd/sh_config.lua'
