If you can pay for my bots i can test it with 7GBp/s for 1 minute i ask 5eur..

What kind of Layer 7 attacks would you require? It really depends if its a HTTP or another application

Go to IPStresser, they offer 5 minutes of stress for any newbie account. Also, they have layer 7 slowloris stress.
