Let's give a brief description of the concept before giving an example from the DNSBL log records.

DNSBL (DNS-based Blackhole List):Services that hold lists of SPAM emitting IP addresses.These services provide protection against spam IP addresses.
Example:xbl.spamhaus.org, b.barracudacentral.org etc.Sample log lines are shown below

You won't be able to find free hosting with good specifications if you think you can. Like sagar978 mentioned, 000webhost is good for free hosting but nothing else (lol).
