I used to play gmod a lot and I also ran a community before.
You cannot expect a developer to do work without some upfront payment like 50%
He isn't even specific on what he wants. "What can you think of that can be custom made?"
If he doesn't even have a plan/roadmap for his server and what he wants.

I would only do work through gmodstoreif I was a dev (And wasn't banned on gmodstore) because that way it is safe
and not as easy to get scammed.
It definitely looks fishy as fuck.
I used to play gmod a lot and I also ran a community before.
You cannot expect a developer to do work without some upfront payment like 50%

He claimed to be the owner of a popular gmod server i contacted the real owner and his now getting banned.
