Looking for an anime

I'm trying to find an anime I watched a few years ago like 2013 or something it was on dvd and all i can remember is a single line from the anime "he put his heart into that sword, and most his organs too" that is all I remember and its been bothering me since I don't expect this to be answered but it'd be really helpful if someone can point me in the direction of the anime
