Looking for business partners eSports (long term)

TLDR; Pro lol player, left old team, looking to start a long term plan that will be a player owned democracy team, wondering if anyone here would like to join as a manager/designer/PR/social media manager/writer/lawyer or so, anything that could help me. Long term thing, requires commitment, might turn into a fulltime position.
