I havent watched many but "Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez" on netflix is so good. Probably my favourite documentary

Jeen-Yuhs is also a good watch if you like kanye and rap in general

Koyaaniqatsi, just a full on collage madness

A false documentary called "Llamadme Claudia"

Qnfee is about the closest you will get to real knowledge about the earth as I've seen on youtube.
