Looking on your phone after waking up?

Well, I'm pretty addicted to doing that, most of the time I check my mail or like any other messages I got.

or just remove the boring notifications.

It's pretty common to do on 2018, I'm myself always checking up my notifications when i wake up.

When i wake up, i check if i have any messages there, if not , i might just fall asleep again

I Wake up, look at it, them mostlikely and probably just fall asleep again lol

It's not really addiction. Humans are naturally longing for social interaction, and are filled with curiosity as to what may have happened during sleep.

I think it's just life these days,i work online so i check it as soon as i wake up and if there's nothing i leave it

Yeah I also check every notification I got in the morning

Usually, when I wake up and look at my phone and just glare at the phone going off beep bbzzp beep lol. Once I've made a coffee I check the news sites and read the local news paper

Its not as bad as not talking to people, but I check for text and stuff while waiting for my shower to warm up. Its a common addition for everybody.
