Looking on your phone after waking up?

I used my phone as an alarm clock so I kinda have to look at it when I wake up. But I generally try not to stare at it in the dark, instead just wash up and get dressed before checking my daily mail etc.

i often forget to turn the brightness down from max so after waking up it hurts so much!

Same goes for me. Once I woke up, I check my phone for new notifications.
Might be an addiction, but also can be a sign that I care what my friends
wrote to me. Maby something happened during the night may not.

I do this aswell i dont see anything wrong with it

I do it to make sure I keep up to date with anything important my family has to tell me!

Can't wake without checking all the social stuff installed on my phone =(

All the time, I usually check it for notifications, emails, and planned things on my calendar.

yeah always gotta check those notifications and see if anything interesting is there
