Mayonnaise or Mustard?

For me, it depends on the context. On a sandwich, I usually go for mayo. On a burger, I want Mayo, Mustard, and Ketchup. But you can't have something like a bratwurst without some good brown mustard.

Also,

-Pastrami - mustard

-Tuna - mayo

-Ham and Cheese - both

-Egg Salad - both

-Turkey Sandwich - mayo

-Spam - mustard

mustard of course, I live in dijon so I know it well ! haha

damn thats a hard one i would say mayo but it depends on situation

Quality matters more than anything! Mayo shouldnt have vegetable oil in it and the French mustard in the ceramic jug is insanely good

I prefer mayonnaise, it's very good with fries while the mustard stings too much

depends on the kind of mayo or mustard, not going to use generic yellow mustard on anything other then hotdogs and i am a fan of kewpie mayo

I'm going to have to go with mayo. Mustard is disgusting to me, unless it's honey mustard lol.

I personally love both and consider them different they are completely different sauces in my opinion and should not be compared

I like mustard but i rarely eat mayonaise
