i need help with my menu tab it isnt changing colour

Go to YOURURL/admin/index.php?module=forum-mytabs&do=settings

And edit the colors there?

ive done that but doesnt work

What I do if that doesnt work is inspect element and view the class that it is in, it narrows it down and you can go on the theme setting in the admin ucp, I dont know the correct place to edit css as I dont have a forum up right now.
