Download badlion client. Hypixel encourages you to use it. It's a pvp client but it automatically installs optifine AND shaders

It works fine, check the downloads you made or look for a tutorial on youtube!

I your having issues with it working, Maybe drop down a version on Forge and test it with Optifine you are trying to use (Or Vice-Versa)

Just make sure everything is downloaded properly. I have not had any issues and honestly I haven't heard much of people having them.
