My computer is Noticeably loud.

Ive noticed (well not noticed but have known) that my computer is super loud and is always creating heat. Even when nothing is happening.
I Spend most of my time on it and everytime i close my door, the computer heats up the room. I guess ill fix it after summer since winter is coming and a computer thats a heater can be useful. But how do i fix my noise issue? I really want to make it quieter without degrading performance or overheating.

Maybe try to clean the fans with a can full of air?
I've done it a few times and it works for a while, fans can get filled with dusts and stuff

sounds to me like one of your fans has gone easy fix just open pc when running and check all fans are running
