I don't like the border nor the animation in your signature.
Also the color scheme IMO is just too cold :yus:

The animation is barely visible, it would be better off just not being there. (Which would also allow for a transparent background over a non-transparent.) Along with that then the penguins aren't really blended into the background, making it look strange. The text doesn't carry enough contrast, so it doesn't "pop-out" which makes its difficult to read for some. To sum it up, you should work on blending, contrasts and remove animations.
