MyBB or Paid Forum Systems

Imthinking about to purchase a IPS Community Suite license to use in my forums, but its themes look very weak, and themes are very important. The IPS CS looks more customizable and easy to edit the control stuff like creating forums and editing permissions.. The points system avaiable in their marketplace is very complete, much more than NewPoints and the awards addons too. But all the system is more social network-like than a classic forums system.

What do you think about it? MyBB or IPS CS?

If you were to pay for a forums software I would recommend XF, it's the cleanest, easiest, and the themes look good and are very cheap.
