I doubt net neutrality is going to go through but if it does, I got a good 300 GB of quality shit.

This has been going on for the past 5 years now, always fails to pass, I'm suprised that for the 3rd year running they have stuck with the "Net Netuality" name to be fair. Again, it'll not pass.

I never really thought net neutrality was a thing i thought congress or whatever didn't pass it?
