Hi there,

I can not help you coding your website. You probably need to hire a php dev for this.

But
I can tell you that it is not easy to process payments through paysafe card.
To do so you need to register yourself as a business and send a formal request to paysafe card to receive a "shop" license. It's really complicated to interact with paysafe card.
Maybe Stripe (Stripe website) - which is a technology company that allows both private individuals and businesses to accept payments over the Internet and focuses on providing the technical, fraud prevention, banking infrastructure which is required to operate online payment systems - could help you there.
If not, I would suggest to accept PayPal payments instead of paysafe card. The API is easy to use and it's simple to setup a payment system for your website.
Bitcoin should be possible to integrate, too, but I don't know how payments are processed over there and how you can check whether someone payed or not.
There should be APIs for this somewhere on the internet.

To create a bot, which sends the trade request, I can suggest you to follow this Steambot tutorial and have a look at this Steambot repo.
It brings the following features:
  • Uses the new Steam Guard Mobile Auth (Forced by Steam now)
  • Written in NodeJS (Runs on Linux (servers) and Windows)
  • Works with an easy-to-use Steam API
  • Works without modifying anything (except your login credentials)
I assume you still need to hire a dev for this. To make the bot checking the payments and  sending the requests and so on.

I can not do that for you but if you find someone who does, the given links may be a little assistance for him.

Best regards
