Need Help Installing VB5 Connect

First off I would like to say thank you to everyone on this forum. A lot of cool people so far!

I am in need of some help PLEASE, I'm trying to install VB5 Connect and am having trouble. I renamed both config files and I also edited the config file in the includes folder with my database info and such.

When I try to run the install.php file nothing happens. I type url.com/forum/core/install/install.php (url = my url) and nothing happens. It stays on the GoDaddy parked page after it reloads.

Clearly I am missing a step here somewhere! Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am not stupid so don't worry lol
