Applied for CC from ICICI Bank got the card. But I have to apply for international transaction. I did msg 2days ago but it's not active yet.

I want to buy Google Play subscription.

You can use them. Just change your region, and redeem it.

Yeah, there's always a way to bypass any regional locks. Same with PSC region lock.

You can bypass it by adding it as a balance to a skrill account, then using a skrill credit card to pay.
